International Shipping Policy

Please note that EC POWER Inc. is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Options & Delivery

The delivery terms and conditions for the sales of the Products shall be EXW Rhode Island under the International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms (Incoterms) of the International Chamber of Commerce. EC POWER Inc. is pleased to provide a detailed quote for shipping and delivery. Customers may select from the available shipping options or choose a preferred shipping provider.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our office at (401) 349-5678 and refuse the delivery with the carrier. It is essential to note any damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) when rejecting the shipment. To expedite the claims process, please take photographic or video evidence of the damages and send it to info@ecpower.com.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders made over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please be aware that high-volume orders, inclement weather, and holidays may cause delays. If there is a significant delay in your order shipment, we will notify you via email or phone.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website within 24 hours.
