Returns Policy

The following requirements must be met for EC POWER Inc. to accept the return of unused goods:

Goods must have been purchased directly from EC POWER Inc. Goods can only be returned after consultation with EC POWER Inc.

A return number is required to make a return and can be obtained from invoice@ecpower.com. Together with the return number you will receive a return slip. The return number must be noted on the front of this return slip. The return slip must be visibly attached to the outside of the package. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the package.

Goods are to be returned at the expense of the customer.

EC POWER Inc. will accept the return of unused goods 60 days from the invoice date. Goods cannot be returned after this period.

For goods taken back by EC POWER Inc., the purchase price minus the discount and restocking fee will be credited to the customer account.

The restocking fees are:

• Unopened parts in their original packaging - $35.00 per part plus tax
• Opened or damaged original packaging - $110.00 per item plus tax
• Boards - $215.00 per part plus tax

If goods are returned without prior agreement or after the deadline, or if the returned parts turn out to be damaged, they can be collected from EC POWER Inc., Smithfield, RI, within 14 days against payment of a handling fee.

Liquids (engine oil, coolant, and maintenance kits) are non-returnable and will not be accepted.
