Returns

To return unused goods to EC POWER A/S, the following conditions must be met:

1. Only items purchased directly from EC POWER A/S may be returned, and this must be pre-approved by EC POWER A/S.
2. A return identification number (issued by partsecp@ecpower.dk) must be obtained before returning goods and clearly marked on the package. A copy of the relevant invoice should also be included.
3. The return address is:

   DK-8382 Hinnerup

4. All returns are made at the customer's expense.
5. EC POWER A/S accepts returns within 60 days from the invoice date. Items cannot be returned after this period.
6. Upon return, the purchase price minus any discounts and applicable restocking fees will be credited to the customer account.

Restocking fees:

• Unopened parts in original packaging: €30 per part
• Opened or damaged packaging: €100 per part
• Boards: €200 per part

If items are returned without prior agreement, beyond the return period, or are found damaged, they may be collected from EC POWER A/S (Samsøvej 25, DK-8382 Hinnerup) within 14 days, subject to a handling fee.

Handling fees:

• Late returns or no prior agreement: €30 per part
• Damaged items upon receipt: €100 per part

Please note, liquids such as engine oil, coolant, and maintenance kits are non-returnable and will not be accepted.
